– An analysis of your needs and preferences, to identify the specific features of your interface and reporting, the desired functionalities, key indicators, etc.
– Adaptation of the interface/reporting via the tools integrated into the software package, which are available to quickly take into account the desired particularities. For example, changes to incoming or outgoing interfaces via the “Interfaces” module, or the integration of specific reports, in addition to standard reports, via the “Reports” module.
– Customized reporting, to create and adapt reports specific to your requirements. A high number of standard reports may need to be adapted to include non-standard information. Specific reports are sometimes required to fully exploit the contents of the LINKKI database (e.g. average collection time for certain transactions, etc.). It is in this context that we develop new reports on request, which are then added to the list of standard reports, as if they were themselves part of it.
– Testing and validation, to check that the software is working properly. – Skills transfer, to train you in the use and administration of LINKKI’s interface and reporting, and help you get to grips with the software.
